How to get to the hotel, campus, Metrocard information, etc.
Reimbursement Policy:
– On-site expenses (meals and hotel rooms): We will pay for up to 4 students per chapter. If you would like to bring more than 4 students, your chapter will be billed for their on-site expenses. In addition, we will cover on-site expenses for all advisors.
– Transportation expenses: If you drive, we will reimburse 25 cents per mile plus tolls, for one car per chapter. If you are taking public transportation, we will cover your costs, but you must get prior approval from your District Director for costs over $250 per chapter.
– For any NYC chapter wishing to bring more than 4 persons, it will be charged an estimation of $40 per person (this includes registration and meals but not hotel rooms). Exact costs will be determined prior to the conference.
