2:00 PM - 3:00 PMCheck in at hotel, then drive or take PATH train to campus. (Please arrive as close to 2 PM as possible. Stevens Tau Bates will guide you back to campus)

7:30 PMDinner @ Wild Ginger (4 course meal, BYOB)

1. UprightCitizensBrigade Theater in NYC (10:30 show, we have 50 tickets reserved, and obviously not everyone is going to want to go, but it is first come first serve for those tix)
2. Hang out in Hoboken (for the lazy folks)
3. Do your own thing (but at least do it with other Tau Bates...)

To Stevens: http://www.stevens.edu/main/maps/driving_directions.html You will park in the 8th St Parking lot. Go to the skyscraper (Howe Center).

***But the absolute EASIEST way (not necessarily shortest, but the easiest) to the hotel is to take the NJ Turnpike to Exit 14A-B-C (Interstate 78/Turnpike Extension East/ Holland Tunnel). Follow this highway all the way to its end (following signs for Holland Tunnel). Once you reach the first traffic light at the end of the expressway (at the bottom of the ramp), make a right ( Jersey Ave ). Immediately bear left (following signs for Newport ). Take this elevated roadway to the traffic light (don't enter the mall parking garage) and make a right ( Washington Blvd ). The Courtyard will be on your left about 2 blocks later (on top of the PATH station).

To Stevens via PATH: Take PATH to Hoboken. Walk directly North from station exit along River St. Walk straight for 7 blocks ( Newark , 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, walk straight through the park, 5th, 6th). At 6th St , you'll definitely be able to tell you are on a college campus. Make a right and walk through the gatehouse, up the hill to the skyscraper (Howe Center ).

To Hotel via PATH: Take PATH to Pavonia/Newport. Hotel is directly on top of PATH station (next door to station exit).

Reimbursement Policy:

-- On-site expenses (meals and hotel rooms): We will pay for up to 4 students per chapter. If you would like to bring more than 4 students, your chapter will be billed for their on-site expenses (around $100 per person). In addition, we will cover on-site expenses for 1 advisor per chapter.

-- Transportation expenses: If you drive, we will reimburse 25 cents per mile plus tolls, for one car per chapter. If you are taking public transportation, we will cover train or bus tickets for up to 4 students and 1 advisor per chapter (please get approval from district director for costs over $250 per chapter).

A: The President's book and Bylaws are optional. Other than that, nothing. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT bring homework.
